Moving forward, we’ll start with some in-depth questionnaires, interviews, and food journaling to get a picture of where you are today. Our first full-length consultation will generally be 90 minutes, and will include a plan of action and recommendations regarding food, lifestyle, basic supplementation, and any tests I think would be a good idea for you. From there, we’ll develop a customized wellness program for you that includes lab tests, re-evaluations and check-ins.
