Getting Started

If you’re interested in starting down the path to wellness, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to be sure that we are a good fit for each other. Moving forward, we’ll start with some in-depth questionnaires, interviews, and food journaling to get a picture of where you are today. Our first full-length consultation will generally be 90 minutes, and will include a plan of action. From there, we can decide on a schedule of re-evaluations and check-ins. If we decide that laboratory testing is indicated, we’ll order those tests after our first consultation.

My pricing is based on an hourly rate, with no commitments to packages up front. Payment is accepted via PayPal or check. I do not accept insurance.
