We are inundated with messages about what to/not to eat, how to live, the latest fad diet, or the supplement you must be taking. It’s almost impossible to sort through all of that and find a path to a healthier life.

My work is focused on optimizing health and wellness through the use of a nourishing whole foods-based diet, as well as supplements and advanced laboratory testing (where needed). By examining possible deficiencies, restoring healthy digestion, balancing blood sugar, addressing food sensitivities, and detoxifying the body, as well as addressing lifestyle challenges, I work to help your body heal and restore the health and vitality you seek. Rather than chasing symptoms, I bring you to a balanced state of overall wellness, and help you to eat, drink, and thrive.
