Do you have any food sensitivities testiing that work on autoi mmune meds?? Steroids, IVIG, methotrexxate adn past Rituximab… Most i have seen say those meds make them ineffective and inaccurate… I have made huge strides with my diet and myositis. but mostly with elemination diet and reintroducing foods…

Immunosuppressive meds do make food sensitivity testing challenging, as the immune system may not be able to mount a response to a food that can then be picked up on testing. I’m glad to hear you’ve made such good progress with your work!
